Love this book -- for anyone who wants to really understand buying a home

The book is a little outdated (which I knew when ordering) as it was written before the mortgage meltdown circa 2008, however as a mortgage banker and loan officer this book was indispensable when I first started in terms of putting the whole process in context.

Great Yet Some Financial Advice Is Outdated

As a real estate agent, I love it.
My biggest gripe is that a lot of laws have changed. This book was written before 2008, so it still has pre-Dowd Frank legislation.
Other than that, the advice is wonderful. I just wish the author would publish an updated version.
